Mr. Neil Gogte
Founder & Chairman
Distinguished technologist, academic leader and visionary educator with a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Osmania University (1985) and M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Mumbai (1987).
He began his career at CMC Ltd. and Sun Microsystems, USA, working on critical ERP interfaces. Today, he leads the growth of premier engineering institutions in Hyderabad, driving academic excellence, innovation, practical learning and industry-ready education.
Dr. Shilpa Choudhary
Principal & Head – Research & Development
Dr. Shilpa Choudhary is the Principal and Head of Research & Development at Crystal Paradigm, with over 18 years of experience in academia, research, innovation and leadership. Her expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP and Materials Science.
She completed a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship at the Singapore Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing another at NKUST, Taiwan. With 100+ research publications, multiple granted Indian and international patents and 10+ academic books, she was recognized among the Stanford University – Elsevier Top 2% Scientists Worldwide (2025).

Dr. Kasarapu Venkataramana
Research Scientist
Dr. Kasarapu Venkataramana is a Research Scientist at Crystal Paradigm with over 12 years of experience in advanced functional materials. He holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Physics from Osmania University and previously served as a Research Associate at CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad. His research focuses on energy storage and conversion, functional ceramics, protective coatings and AI-assisted materials discovery. In 2024, he was awarded Associate Fellow of the Telangana Academy of Sciences.
